Shipping Policy- Prepared Desserts
These orders will be delivered by Gooey Puds, so timings can be more flexible. We will email confirmation of delivery to your chosen address once we can ensure the product will be ready to deliver. We will aim to have them delivered a maximum 3 working days from order. Cut off is Midday on Wednesdays for weekend deliveries. Ideally, we would like them to be signed for, but 'safe place' deliveries are also available. Please check the below map to see if we can deliver to you.

If the product is to be collected from a market (Bury St Edmunds on most Saturdays, and Ely most Sundays) this will be arranged either by contacting us on 07881 553089, or emailing info@gooeypuds.co.uk.

Please check the below map before ordering to make sure that we can deliver to your address.
Items that can be sent, such as the Bakewell tart, sticky toffee pudding, treacle tart etc, will be sent via a courier.

Please also be aware that orders placed AFTER MIDDAY will be treated as the following days order, for example if an order is placed at 12.01pm on Tuesday, this will be treated as a Wednesday order, and so will not be delivered until the Friday.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will always try to ensure the best quality products leave our site to be received by you, however, there will always be cases where your standards have not been met, despite our best efforts. With this in mind, please see the attached Terms and Conditions document at the bottom of this page for our full Refund and Return Policy, but please be aware that we do not accept returns as the product is fresh, and perishable.
